PorterHouse Media Delivers Viral Sports Mashup For Golfing Legend John Daly

daly      In light of legendary golfer John Daly’s 50th birthday, PorterHouse Media has been recruited by Sports Rocket to create an epic sports mashup that is equally as fun and eccentric as the pro golfer himself. “PorterHouse Media was really excited to be working with SportsRocket and this video for John Daly, he was a personal favorite and his content lends itself really well for the classic sports mashup ”.

A man of extremes, John Daly is notorious for his extreme swing, golf drives and lifestyle off the course. Daly won the PGA Championship in 1991and he claimed a second major title in 1995 when he won the Open Championship at St. Andrews.

PorterHouse Media Produces Tour Show-Open For Comedian Jeff Dunham

Porterhouse Media has teamed up once agin with Levity Entertainment Group to produce a custom show-open mashup and in-show mashup transitions for legendary ventriloquist Jeff Dunham. Designed to get the crowd hyped-up, the show-open mashup features a chronological edit of Jeff Dunham’s career highlights while the in-show transitions keep the fans engaged as Dunham switches between his characters.

He has appeared on numerous television shows and even starred in his own NBC special, Jeff Dunham: Unhinged in Hollywood. Jeff is currently on the road performing his “Perfectly Unbalanced” Tour.

ABC’s Black-ish Gets It’s Own Remix Parody

imgresABC’s Black-ish reached out to Porterhouse Media looking for a hilarious way to end their “Sink or Swim” episode which centered around Dre drowning in the pool and being rescued by his youngest daughter.  On the show, the drowning remix ends up going viral as everybody at the pool party can be seen sharing it on their phones.

Black-ish is notorious for addressing racially sensitive material.  Their honest demeanor has been recognized with several
nominations and awards.  This year along with being nominated for the Primetime Emmy Awards, Black-ish won TV Program of the Year, Best TV Comedy and six Image Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Performance by a Youth, and Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series.

PorterHouse Media To Produce Remix Series For Rolling Stone Magazine

PorterHouse Media has been commissioned by Rolling Stone Magazine to produce a new monthly remix series entitled “RS Remix by DJ Steve Porter”.  The “RS Remix” series will cover pop cultures biggest music names and events in signature PorterHouse style.  One of the goals for this series is to increase brand awareness for Rolling Stone in the increasingly competitive market for premium viral video content.

Coachella 2010 Wrap-Up

PorterHouse Media along with Steve Porter & Perry Farrell had an AMAZING experience at this year’s Coachella Festival.

Steve Porter: Performing with Perry was amazing! I had to pinch myself because I have so much respect for him and was into Jane’s Addiction when I was ten years old. We had a blast, I mixed between tracks he was performing live and tracks that I had produced. We’ll be performing again at Lollapalooza in August, and we’ll be debuting some new original material then as well.
