DJ Steve Porter Launches Social Media Monthly Event Starting Tuesday, June 26th @ 7PM

HOLYOKE, Mass (May 14, 2012)— DJ Steve Porter CEO/Founder of PorterHouse Media is making himself available to his fans last Tuesday of every month for live sessions of answering questions, give away prizes, world premiered videos and announcing a special video contest.  In which the winner’s video will be showcased on a special PorterHouse Media YouTube page developed just for this monthly event.

Steve Porter began his career 15 years ago as an aspiring DJ/Producer. His accomplishments include a residency in Boston and NYC and a global touring schedule that took him from the Island of Crete to Shanghai to Peru.  Over those years Steve produced hundreds of original tracks and remixes and was voted #2 Top DJ in America.

In the beginning of 2009 Steve Porter produced a series of innovative and viral blockbuster audio-visual productions such as “Slap Chop Rap” and “Press Hop” which garnered over 13 millions views on YouTube.  PorterHouse Media was then launched in 2010 and is now recognized as the “go to” for brand awareness. Developing a “cool factor” like no other and changing the way brands connect to the consumer.

“These past few years have been such a wild ride”, explained Porter.  “In the beginning it was all about making these video remixes in my sandbox.  Now I am so busy with clients I very rarely get my playtime in that sandbox. This monthly social media event will be a great way to connect again with the people who have and continue to support me.  I am really looking forward to it!”
