DJ Steve Porter & PorterHouse Media Team Up With ‘Good Morning America’ For June Mashup

PorterHouse Media, a production company based in Holyoke, MA and founded by world-renowned master video remixer DJ Steve Porter, has once again been called upon by ABC and their morning show “Good Morning America” to create a mashup video highlighting various shows and key moments from the month of June.

Steve Porter and PHM have brilliantly collaborated the June shows in an innovative monthly remix. Previously, the crew has worked with ABC’s “Good Morning America” in producing a spunky mashup featuring the highlights of past shows from 2012.

“I am honestly ecstatic that ABC has requested us again this year,” said Porter. “They have provided our team members with some great opportunities in getting the PHM name out there while having fun with one of the most entertaining morning shows on television.”

ABC’s “Good Morning America” topped its NBC rival the “Today” show with a number one spot in morning ratings for several weeks this spring.  In early April, GMA beat the “Today” show in the ratings by 87,000 viewers, according to the New York Times. It won more individual days than at any time in recent years while trying to break the 16-year plus weekly winning steak of “Today,” the longest in television history. Also, in the month of May, “GMA” topped “Today” in the “C3” rating (which measures the number of people that watch a program live or watch it on DVR within three days of airing) by 159,000 viewers for the first time.

Alongside ABC, PHM has also implemented brand-awareness with creative and engaging music video compositions for clients such as NBC, ESPN, E Television!, Puma, Hyundai, Disney, and several others.
